Return / Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at meow@shopyonni.com. Please note that returns may need to be sent directly to our third-party production partners. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The quickest solution is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason—no justification needed. Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
